Where to stay in Ksamil if you want to be close to the best beaches and parties? Then Bora-Bora Beach and the Poda Beach Bar area are the best choices. If you want to stay in a quieter place in Ksamil close to the beach, the hotels near Lori and Paradise Beach are good choices. It is much quieter than the party areas, and you can quickly reach the main beaches from here.
The town is very crowded during the high season, so arrive early to get a sunbed, especially if you plan to stay all day. We loved being here and having cocktails at the beach clubs, but we prefer the quieter and more secluded beaches.

When is the best time to stay in Ksamil?
The best time to visit is from May to September. The weather is sunny and dry during these months, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and exploring the nearby attractions. The hottest and most crowded months are July and August. In high season, we strongly recommend booking accommodation and tours in advance!
How to Get to Ksamil
It is not easy to get to the town from Tirana. There are no trains or direct buses between the two cities, and taxis are expensive.
Therefore, the only two options are to rent a car and drive yourself or join an organized tour that includes transport. Alternatively, you can travel first to Saranda and from there to Ksamil.
