Cancun Airport Transfer to City
It is one of the most comfortable and best ways to get from Cancun Airport to Cancun Hotel Zone. Once you land at the airport, go to the arrivals hall to meet your driver and travel to your accommodation in Cancun.
The journey takes 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic and number of passengers. For two people, it costs 30.50 USD per person, and for four people, it will cost 16 USD per person, making it ideal for couples and families.
How to Get from Cancun Airport to City Centre by Taxi, Uber
One of the easiest and fastest ways to get to Cancun city center is by taxi. The journey takes 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
A taxi cost from Cancun Airport to Downtown Cancun or the Cancun Hotel Zone is between 25-45 USD, depending on the number of passengers, time of day, etc. If you are not traveling alone, the price is affordable.
Before you get in the taxi, be sure to agree on a price with the driver. The taxi drivers do not accept card payments, so you should bring local money!

Cancun Airport to City by Bus
One of the best ways to get to Cancun Downtown is by air-conditioned ADO bus, which allows 1 trolley bag and 1 bag (maximum 21 kg) + handbag/small backpack per passenger.
The travel time is approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs 8 USD per person. The A/C buses run all day from Cancun Airport to ADO Terminal Autobuses Cancun every 20-30 minutes from 08:10 AM to 23:50 PM.
Buses do not stop in front of hotels. But you can easily continue your journey by bus from Cancun ADO Terminal to Chichen Itza, Valladolid, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, or Bacalar.
You can get from the Ado Bus Station to Cancun Hotel Zone by taxi or bus No. R1 or R2 for around 12 MXN (0.70 USD).
Cancun Airport to City Center by Shuttle Minivan
The cheapest way to get to Cancun City is by air-conditioned minivan, which allows 25 kg of luggage per passenger and one handbag/small backpack.
A shuttle minivan from Cancun Airport to City Center (any hotel) starts from 6 USD. The journey time is 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.
How to Get Around Cancun
